We wanted to thank you and your staff for the exceptional work you performed on our custom tile project. Although you were creatively challenged, you and your crew were able to listen to our design ideas and put them into a workable, unique, creative and artisitc finished product that was beyond our wildest expectations. I showered in our new snail shower last night for the first time and you were absolutely correct in adding the glassblock to the exterior wall along with the corner bench seat. With all the travertine and Mexican deco tiles throughout our master and guest baths, you were able to accurately transform our vision into a magnificent finished product that is more a work of art than just a custom tile project. The Saltillo tile throughout the additon looks wonderful along with the 2000 square feet of upside down Saltillo in the patio area and around the pool. Please thank all of your crew for the care and attention to detail that they displayed during the entire installation process.

I take great pride in the fact that I am a "Do it Yourselfer" kind of guy so, when Jay stopped by to take a look at how my new shower project was coming along, I of course was not terribly interested in his opinion. Well, that turned out to be the best thing that could have happened to me. After discovering the potential for all sorts of potential problems, I gave up the project and turned it over to Jay. This turned out to be probably the smartest move I have made in my life. Looking back all I can remember is Jay saying over and over, "We are going to take really good care of you...and he did.

We have been remodeling our North Scottsdale home for 18 months now and Jay and his crew have done an amazing job for us! Totally custom counter tops in the new kitchen, laundry room and half bath. All new travertine flooring through the house (4,000 sg. ft.), a custom marble shower, glass block in the master bath with a travertine shower and even new fireplace hearth's. The quality of the work is second to none. This is the most trustworthy and reliable contractor I have ever worked with, we even gave him a key to the house so he could work on it when we were not at home! And finally someone who was very respectful of our home as we had to live in it while all this was going on. I would not even consider anyone else for tile or stone work in my home. At the end of it all the price was very competitive as well."

The bottom line in this type of industry is communication and flexibility. Jay and I came to an agreement, and he took control of the situation. Even though there were a couple of scheduling issues, and bumps in the road, Jay handled the whole situation like a seasoned veteran. I had nothing to worry about. A great family owned business, quality installation, a great price, and just flat out great people to work with.

I recently had Vision Tile remodel my bathroom. The tub was reconfigured as
a walk-in shower, the counter and back splash tiled, and a large window
redone in glass block. The workmanship was really excellent. I found Jay
and his crew to be extremely reliable, and I am really pleased with the way
things turned out. I especially love the shower. I find myself wandering
into the bathroom just to stand there and look; and I could take an hour
long shower every day!
